Shipping

Shipping is a flat $8 per order, and packages are sent via FedEx ground.

Returns

Unwashed/Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt. After 30 days with receipt may be exchanged only or refunded to a gift card. All sales final on discontinued, clearance, special sale price, marked-down merchandise, stethoscopes, hosiery, socks, and blood pressure cuffs. Returns will be given in the same form of initial payment. 20% restocking fee on non-stock special order SKU's.

Items with monogramming and/or embroidery and alterations may not be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

We accept all major credit cards for online orders. If you would like to utilize payroll deduction (where available), please contact us to place your order via email, phone or fax.

How do I know if a Landau scrub top and bottom are the same fabric?

On all Landau scrub tops and bottoms you will find a code next the color you seleced. Tops and bottoms in the same collection will have the same code for a color, and will be the same fabric. For instance, the Landau ProFlex tops and bottoms in Black with have the code BKPR displayed, while tops and bottons in the Urbane Performance collection in Black have the code BKFS because it is a different fabric.

Can I add a personal monogram to my item(s)?

Yes - please contact us to place your order at retail@landau.com.

Can I use payroll deduction to pay for my online order?

Currently we are not able to utilize payroll deduction for online orders. To utilize payroll deduction (where available), please contact us to place your order at retail@landau.com.
